Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using FrameSort ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FrameSort ("we", "us", "our"). By completing registration or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
Description of Service
FrameSort is a browser-based AI photo culling and editing tool designed for photographers. The Service analyses photographs for quality metrics including sharpness, exposure, and visual similarity, then categorises and sorts them automatically.
Critical technical fact: All photo processing in FrameSort occurs entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript and the browser Canvas API. Your photographs are not transmitted to, received by, stored on, or processed by any FrameSort server or third-party server.
The Service is provided as a software product delivered via web browser. Access is granted upon account creation and, for full features, upon purchase of a plan.
Data & Privacy
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:
- Email address — for account creation, sign-in, and occasional product communications
- Sign-in method — whether you authenticated via Google or email link
- Account activity timestamps — date of account creation, last sign-in, trial and payment status
We do not collect, store, or have access to: your photographs, photo metadata, client information, file names (beyond what you optionally set as an export prefix), or any content of the images you process.
Account data is stored securely via Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Firestore), subject to Google's data processing terms and security standards.
We may send you occasional emails about product updates, new features, or special offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Account & Access
To access FrameSort beyond the free trial, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Each account is for individual use by a single person. Account sharing between multiple photographers is not permitted. If you require access for a team or studio, contact us to discuss multi-user arrangements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for unauthorised commercial redistribution of the Service, or are found to be engaging in abuse of the free trial system (e.g. creating multiple accounts to circumvent the one-session trial limit).
Payment & Plans
FrameSort offers the following plans at the current pricing:
- Starter Plan — ₹999 (early access price; standard price ₹1,999): Up to 500 photos per batch, all analysis modes, best pick selection, ZIP export with custom naming, iPhone HEIC support.
- Pro Plan — ₹1,499 (early access price; standard price ₹2,999): All Starter features plus up to 1,000 photos per batch, full manual editor with 8 adjustment sliders, duplicate detection, and trash recovery.
All payments are processed by Razorpay Payment Solutions Private Limited. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and digital wallets.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases; existing paid users are not affected by price changes.
Plan access is granted instantly and automatically upon confirmed payment. It is linked to your registered account and is non-transferable.
These are one-time lifetime payments. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or renewal fees of any kind.
No Refund Policy
By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- FrameSort is a digital software product delivered and accessible immediately upon payment. Under the Information Technology Act 2000 and standard digital goods practice in India, digital products that have been accessed are non-refundable.
- Before purchasing, every user is provided a full free trial session at no cost. This trial allows you to process a complete real batch of photographs and evaluate the tool's performance on your specific photos and device. The existence of this free trial removes any basis for a refund claim on grounds of "not knowing what you were buying."
- You are making a considered purchase decision after having had the opportunity to fully evaluate the product through the free trial.
- Access to the Service is granted immediately and fully upon payment — it cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can.
The only exception is in the event of a verified technical failure on our part that completely prevents the tool from functioning for your account, despite your device meeting the stated minimum requirements, and which we are unable to resolve within 7 working days of being notified. In this scenario only, we may at our sole discretion offer a refund or credit.
Dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, having purchased the wrong plan, deciding you do not need the tool, or any other reason not related to a verified technical failure does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Free Trial
Upon account creation, each user receives one free full trial session. During this session, you can process a complete batch of photos through any analysis mode and view the full results at no cost.
The free trial is limited to one session per account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trial sessions is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
The free trial is subject to the same technical capabilities and limitations as the paid Starter plan. The purpose of the free trial is to allow you to evaluate FrameSort on your own real photographs before purchasing.
Permitted Use
FrameSort is licensed for your personal professional use as a photographer. You may use it to process photographs for your own professional work, client work, and business operations.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access to FrameSort with other photographers or individuals
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, clone, or reproduce the FrameSort software for commercial redistribution
- Circumvent the authentication or payment system
- Use FrameSort to process photographs that contain illegal content
- Represent FrameSort as your own product or tool
Personal inspection of the source code for educational purposes is not prohibited, but commercial reproduction or redistribution of the code is.
Limitation of Liability
FrameSort is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the tool will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or produce results of any particular quality.
The AI analysis in FrameSort is automated and imperfect. It may incorrectly classify sharp photos as blurry, or blurry photos as sharp, particularly in cases of intentional soft-focus, heavy bokeh, or unconventional shooting styles. Always review results before discarding any photos. We are not responsible for any photos you choose to delete based on FrameSort's categorisation.
We are not liable for: loss of photographs, loss of business, missed client deadlines, data loss of any kind, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for your FrameSort plan.
Intellectual Property
FrameSort, including its code, algorithms, design, branding, and visual identity, is the intellectual property of its creator. All rights are reserved.
Your photographs remain your property at all times. We make no claim to ownership of, or rights over, any photographs you process using FrameSort.
The FrameSort name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of FrameSort after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For material changes that affect payment or refund policies, we will notify existing users by email.
